Victor Dias is the European General Manager at Notedome Ltd. He has over 25 years of international sales experience in the technical polyurethane elastomers and chemical products industry. His career spans roles at renowned companies such as COIM, Chemtura, and Lehmann & Voss, where he honed his skills in sales and distribution.

Victor's expertise is underscored by his fluency in multiple languages such as German, Portuguese and English and basic knowledge of Spanish and French alongside his comprehensive understanding of sales and distribution strategies.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching football, and supporting his favorite team, Benfica Lisbon.
