Rob Ashton

Rob Ashton serves as the Business Development Manager at Notedome Ltd. In this role, he works closely with the team to create new opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. His goal is to deliver innovative solutions to both new and existing markets.

With over 35 years of experience in the polyurethane industry, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He began his career in the laboratory as a QC Technician before moving into research and development, where he held various positions in developing polyesters and high-performance polyurethane elastomer systems. Transitioning into a commercial role, Rob has managed global accounts in industries such as Oil & Gas and Construction.

Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
