Tailored Skills develop through NOTEDOME Apprenticeship program

Chloe is part of the Notedome technical team working on new systems, often developing bespoke products specific to customers own polyurethane applications.

“It all starts at the grass-roots” says Marjorie Garcia, Technical manager for NOTEDOME, and continued “The apprenticeship laboratory programme allows us to develop, in this case Chloe, the chemistry experiences and particularly her understanding of polyurethane technology, a speciality that is not taught in universities.”

Chloe Heaps joined the polyurethane manufacturers in 2021 after completing her ‘A’ level education. Initially Chloe worked in the Notedome laboratory learning the basics of the technology and understanding the quality control process. Chloe has worked on methods to provide product improvement, new casting techniques, and progressing to the Research and Development team where she now enjoys helping customers by collaborating with them, to get the excellent results with Notedome’ s NEUTHANE technology.
