Ian Baylis

Ian Baylis serves as the Business Development Manager at Notedome Ltd. With a background as a qualified engineer in the aircraft industry, he has over three decades of experience in liquid polymers.

He has marketed a portfolio of products, including polyurethane (PU), room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicones, structural adhesives, potting compounds, and release systems. His career began at a rapid prototyping company, where he managed the vacuum casting department, and later transitioned into technical sales.

Ian's proactive attitude and problem-solving skills render him a valuable asset to our team.
